Whole purchase process went incredibly smoothly.
We have now been in our house a few weeks and are pleased to say this excellent service has continued with Iain ensuring that any little niggles (and they are only little niggles, as the quality of the build is exceptional) are dealt with quickly. Tradesmen are quickly sent to professionally deal with any minor issues and again each one of them has been very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.
We are so pleased with our new home and the quality of all the work. Looking forward to spending many happy years here.

As for any new build and one of the first on the development, you may encounter delays. The correspondence we received from Jemima with updates and visual pictures reassured any stresses we had. Jemima was just wonderful to speak with, friendly and transparent- which is all you can ask for.
From selecting flooring, to designing our dream kitchen, we have been supported all the way. Thank you to Risby’s chosen suppliers, East Yorkshire Carpets for our gorgeous herringbone flooring, and to the guys at BMS Kitchens that outdid themselves with helping to design and then fit our incredible kitchen.
We could not be happier with the quality, high standard, high spec and overall result. Our home really is a dream home! We are even more impressed with the care and excellent personal service from Risby Homes, you don’t feel like a number, the family owned company definitely makes the buyer feel valued.
