Final phase of popular Shepherd’s Rest development released

East Yorkshire homebuilder Risby Homes has released the second phase of homes for its popular Shepherd’s Rest development in Beverley.

Following the sell out of Phase 1, interest in the site remains incredibly popular, with reservations now being taken for the final 28 homes on the 96-home development located to the south of Beverley.

Prices for the two, three and four bedroom homes, built in a variety of exclusive designs, start from £225,000.      

Named Shepherd’s Rest for a reason, each home design on the development is named after a breed of sheep, including the Romney, Shetland, Herdwick and Ryeland, a nod to the family firm’s East Yorkshire roots.
