As Managing Director of Risby Homes, Mark oversees every aspect of the business, from land acquisition and design through to construction and customer experience. Having grown up around the family business, he is passionate about creating developments that stand the test of time and homes that people genuinely enjoy living in.
Mark remains closely involved in every development, ensuring the quality, attention to detail and personal approach that have defined Risby Homes for more than 30 years continue to shape every new community.
Olly Barrett
CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
Olly leads the construction team, overseeing the delivery of every Risby Homes development from the ground up. Working closely with site teams, contractors and suppliers, he ensures each home is built to the high standards of quality and craftsmanship that customers expect from Risby.
With a practical, hands-on approach and a focus on getting the details right, Olly plays a key role in turning carefully considered designs into homes that families can enjoy for years to come.
Amy Owen
COMPANY SECRETARY
Amy supports the day-to-day running of the business and helps ensure every part of Risby Homes operates smoothly behind the scenes. Working across multiple areas of the company, she plays an important role in coordinating processes, supporting the wider team and helping developments progress efficiently from planning through to completion.
As a family-run business, attention to detail matters, and Amy’s organisational approach helps keep everything moving forward.
Amanda Meadows
SALES MANAGER
With more than 20 years’ experience in the new homes industry, Amanda understands that every move comes with its own story. Whether customers are upsizing, downsizing or relocating, she is there to provide guidance, reassurance and support throughout the journey.
Having worked for both national and independent housebuilders, Amanda values the personal approach that comes with being part of the Risby family and takes great pride in helping customers find a home that truly suits their lifestyle.
Jemima Clarke
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER
With over seven years’ experience across customer service, marketing and the new homes industry, Jemima looks after customer experience and communications across Risby Homes.
She guides customers through the extras process, helping them personalise their new home and create a space that feels uniquely theirs. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, she works closely with customers and colleagues alike to ensure every journey is a positive one.
Carol Allen
SALES EXECUTIVE
With more than 20 years’ experience in new homes sales, Carol brings a wealth of knowledge and genuine understanding to every customer journey. Having moved home 19 times herself and grown up in a home-building family, she appreciates the emotions involved in every move.
Carol takes pride in helping customers find the right home and guiding them through the process with warmth, honesty and care. She enjoys getting to know every customer and helping them find a home that suits their lifestyle.

SITE MANAGER
Iain has been delivering Risby Homes developments for many years and is widely respected for his commitment to quality and attention to detail. His work has been recognised with multiple NHBC Pride in the Job Awards, reflecting the consistently high standards he brings to every development.

Simon Allerston
SITE MANAGER
With 28 years’ experience in housebuilding, Simon joined Risby Homes to be part of a close-knit, family-run business known for its quality homes and unique house types.
Having worked on flagship developments throughout his career and received four NHBC Pride in the Job Awards, Simon takes great pride in maintaining high standards on site and delivering homes built with the quality, care and attention to detail that customers expect from Risby Homes.
Dan Wallis
GROUNDWORKS MANAGER
With 19 years’ experience in groundworks and civil engineering, Dan oversees the delivery of infrastructure and groundwork operations across Risby Homes developments.
Passionate about quality and attention to detail, Dan understands the important role groundwork plays in creating successful communities. He takes pride in seeing developments evolve from the earliest stages of construction through to completed homes that people are proud to live in.
