Back in 2019, we began work on creating our largest community of homes to date – Shepherd’s Rest, on the outskirts of the popular market town of Beverley.
Little did we know that just months after announcing the release of Phase 1 of this development, the world would go into lockdown as we – like everyone else – navigated a new way of normal, having to adapt quickly to create a safe community for our employees and potential homebuyers.
The resilience and determination of our team during this time was nothing short of extraordinary with residents even commenting that: “the buying process was very smooth even during the covid outbreak” which is something we’re incredibly proud of.
Fast forward four years and we’ve welcomed over 90 home buyers and their families to Shepherd’s Rest with our final resident moving into their three bedroom townhouse early this year. Which means our Shepherd’s Rest community is now complete.
A thriving and established community in Beverley
A thriving community of eight varieties of two, three and four-bedroom houses in our trademark contemporary designs, a fact we’re extremely proud of is no homes on Shepherd’s Rest are identical.
Bespoke customisations is something we actively encourage – something we know many other homebuilders are not open to. From changing garages into utility rooms, knocking down walls to creating Narnia-style walk-in wardrobes and even a bespoke under the stairs dog bed. No two homes on Shepherd’s Rest are the same.
We also pride ourselves on fully immersing ourselves in community life. During our time at Shepherd’s Rest we created the “best sandpit ever” after stepping in to help Little Weighton Primary School restore and weatherproof its damaged playground and we also continue to support some of our junior Shepherd’s Rest residents through sponsorship of a local football team. A legacy of how community plays a central part of what we do.

While Shepherd’s Rest is now complete with all homebuyers moved in, we currently have homes available at Figham Gate II, our newest development in the popular market town of Beverley.
In 2018, we completed Figham Gate – a community of 20, two and four bedroom homes. Figham Gate II complements this original development with a further 35 exemplary homes.
