We are proud to announce that our site manager Olly has won a seal of excellence award in the second round of the NHBC awards. This award celebrates the achievement of high standards in onsite management.
From over 16,000 site managers across the UK, only 140 people in total win a seal of excellence and we are proud to congratulate Olly on this fantastic accomplishment.
This year marks the 38th anniversary of the awards and contributes to the ever-improving quality in housing standards. Last year over 160,000 new homes were registered by the NHBC in the UK and site managers play an important role in their delivery.
The Pride in The Job Awards recognise site managers that put quality at the heart of everything they do. We strive to provide the best build and product quality from start to finish in all of our projects. Every manager nominated is assessed on 44 different criteria including categories such as health and safety, welfare and management, amongst the quality controls that are put in place throughout the build. This process involves random spot checks in the day to day running of their site.
These assessments promote the continuous improvement of quality across the board in the construction of new homes, and help to provide the best experience for homebuyers. We are honoured to be recognised for the hard work that goes into the development of our properties.
