Phase 1 of The Vines is released for reservations
Following the success of our developments in South Cave and Beverley, we’re excited to announce the release of Phase 1 of The Vines, our latest community of luxury homes in Cottingham, the country’s largest village.
This means you can now place a reservation for the first 11 homes in this exclusive 56-home community.
From The Myrtle, a 3-bedroom bungalow, to The Juniper, a four-bedroom detached house with the option of an over-the-garage studio (perfect for a home office or gym), we wanted to build homes to suit every buyer.
With nine styles of homes to choose from, The Vines offers the largest variety of homes on our luxury developments, including a number of exclusive new designs.

Prices start from £215,000 and homes can be reserved with a deposit of £2,000.
Located off Park Lane to the south of the village of Cottingham and only four miles to Hull, the Show Home will open its doors later this year.
