Renowned for creating homes designed for modern-day living, our latest Show Home has been designed by local interior designer, Joanne Allen.
A successful artist and creative at heart, Joanne’s been designing our development show homes since 2016 and this one is something extra special.
The three-bedroom Evergreen features luxurious textures from velvet sofas and opulent artwork to beautiful wooden furniture and fittings, which themselves look like works of art.
The nature-inspired design palette of greens, browns and neutral hues gives a subtle yet contemporary nod to the name of the development and the names of the nine-exclusive house designs featured on The Vines.
Luxury fuses with the beauty of natural materials as elegant palm trees bring the outside in, complemented by mixed metallics, marble wallpaper and decadent textures.
In the kitchen floor to ceiling units are modern yet practical. While granite worktops and integrated NEFF appliances showcase the many luxury items we’re proud to offer as standard in our homes. With space for a large family dining table located in front of floor to ceiling windows, the kitchen really is the heart of the home in the Evergreen.
When it comes to choosing a favourite room in our homes, it’s never easy, we love them all. But with the Evergreen, we’d have to say the nursery, which is playful yet elegant with a modern Scandinavian style jungle print wall feature and large wooden animals. It’s a childhood room of dreams.
Joanne’s been working on the concept for this Show Home since the start of the year. As well as taking inspiration from the house names and history of the land on which the site is built, Joanne attended the industry’s leading furniture show, where she sourced many of the feature pieces of wooden furniture.
Bringing in the direct experience of the natural world through features that evoke nature and the experience of place and space through our senses, the Show Home gives a flavour of what you can expect from a Risby home.
The Evergreen is one of nine unique designs on The Vines. From The Myrtle, a 3-bedroom bungalow, to The Juniper, a four-bedroom detached house with the option of an over-the-garage studio (perfect for a home office or gym), there’s a home to suit everyone.
