Figham Gate
Beverley, HU17 8wb
completed 2017
Figham Gate is a 20-home development of two and four bedroomed homes on the south-east edge of Beverley.
Laying within the boundary of what was the Archbishop of York’s vast deer park in the Middle Ages, Figham Gate is a 20-home development of two and four bedroomed homes on the south-east edge of Beverley.
An area that would have been overseen by the Archbishop’s bailiff, we appropriately named three of Figham Gate’s house types after bailiffs: the Welham, the Fenton and the Rokeby.
Also situated on the development are five low-cost almshouses set up under the stewardship of Beverley Consolidated Charity. As standard for all our properties, each of the 20 homes are fully fitted to the highest specification and benefit from a NHBC Buildmark warranty for added peace of mind.
Our homes
From big, natural-light filled windows and bi-fold doors to practical storage space and secret doors, our home designs really do set us apart.
