While we encourage our homebuyers to make their home their own with opportunities for bespoke customisation, subject to the build stage, we’re honest about when these changes come at an additional cost and at which point in their home buying journey payment will need to be made.
That’s why when you visit our Evergreen show home at The Vines you’ll see posters on items which come as additional extras and customisation options you may want to consider.
Often with new build homes buyers are met with hidden extras they thought were included which they have to pay out for last minute.
Or just as frustrating, is when you think something’s included because you saw it in the show home and you realise on moving in day it’s not included.
MAKING YOUR HOME YOUR OWN
We’re constantly listening to what our buyers are telling us. Which is why we offer many items in our standard specification.
These include granite worktops, oak internal doors and integrated NEFF appliances to name but a few. These items are above and beyond the standard of many other homebuilders.
Some other items you may not be aware we include as standard, which many other national builders charge for, include:
- Remote control garage doors
- An alarm system
- Outside tap
- Dual slider & rain head showers over the bath
Customisation and additional features we can arrange include:
- Fitted bedroom furniture
- Additional flooring options

- Customisations to the layout (depending on the build stage)
