Often our buyers don’t even know what’s possible, or struggle to visualise the home they want, which is why we love to have these discussions early and to share modifications our homebuyers have made to give them food for thought.

Breaking free from the one-size-fits-all mindset
There’s no joy in living in a home that feels like a mirror reflection of hundreds of others, lacking character, warmth, and most importantly you.
At all of our developments – not a single two homes are the same. This is something we’re really proud of.
Our four-bedroom Juniper/Holtby design, which has been featured on three of our developments, is our most customisable home upstairs. The majority of customers who purchased this home on Shepherd’s Rest altered it, while one customer at The Vines changed the design to create three ensuite bedrooms and turn the fourth bedroom into a walk-in wardrobe.
At The Vines, one Clover buyer reconfigured the whole home, creating a brand new utility room in the garage and splitting it to create a separate study complete with bay windows to allow for a symmetrical front elevation.
Many national builders don’t allow for structural changes – but we actually encourage it. Working alongside our homebuyers we’ve extended kitchens and reconfigured garages. You name it, if we can do it, we will.
